Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@distressedconfidence.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

-Final sale items
-Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
